Established in November 2017 and registered in the Ningbo Petrochemical Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhejiang Yisheng New Materials Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Hengyi Petrochemical and CICC Petrochemical. As a new-generation, large-scale PTA (purified terephthalic acid) production base within the Yisheng system, the company is recognized as a provincial-level water-saving enterprise and currently employs nearly 400 people. The company has developed a large-scale PTA project with an annual capacity of 6 million tons, implemented in two phases with a total investment of approximately 6.731 billion RMB. The project utilizes industry-leading, eco-friendly PTA production technologies; its large-scale individual production units achieve top-tier efficiency in terms of energy and material consumption. Furthermore, the facility features robust systems for waste-heat recovery and water recycling, delivering significant results in water conservation and emission reduction.

The company primarily produces high-quality PTA, while also providing thermal energy supply services. As a core raw material in the polyester industrial chain, its products serve downstream sectors such as PET bottle chips, polyester fibers, films, and engineering plastics. Leveraging the comprehensive industrial chain and port advantages of the Ningbo Petrochemical Zone, the company benefits from highly efficient raw material transport, warehousing, and maritime export logistics, supplying both the domestic market and a substantial volume for overseas export.
